Mood Organ – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mood Organ. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Mood Organ mobile application ("the App") operated by Incolor App Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

1. Overview of the Service

Mood Organ is a dial-based audio experience that provides access to 900 curated sound-based moods. The app is available to explore free of charge during a 7-day trial period, after which a recurring annual subscription is required for continued access.

2. Free Trial and Subscription

• New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access.
• After the trial, your account will be automatically charged £12.99 (GBP) per year unless cancelled beforehand.
• Subscriptions are recurring and automatically renew every 12 months unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.

Billing & Payment

Payments are processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the end of the trial. Subscription renewals are handled by your app store account.

How to Cancel or Manage Your Subscription

On iOS:

1. Open the Settings app
2. Tap your Apple ID > Subscriptions
3. Select Mood Organ
4. Tap Cancel Subscription

On Android:

1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
3. Select Mood Organ
4. Tap Cancel Subscription

Note: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel it through your app store settings.

3. Eligibility

By using the app, you confirm that:

• You can enter a legally binding agreement
• You will use the app in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws

4. Intellectual Property and Usage

All content in Mood Organ (audio, visuals, interface design, branding) is protected by public domain, copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer or distribute any part of the app without permission.

5. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store your personal data.

6. Modifications to the App or Terms

We may modify these Terms or any part of the app at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or via email. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not liable for damages or losses resulting from use of the app.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
